How much does delivery cost?

Great news! We offer Standard Free Delivery for orders over $50 to most areas of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth and Hobart. There’s a $6.50 delivery fee for orders under $50.

We have Premium Free Next Business Day Delivery available for orders over $50 placed before 11.30am on weekdays.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver printer ink and cartridges to most residential and business addresses across mainland Australia and Tasmania. Unfortunately, there are some places that are too remote for us to reach. At the moment, we don’t deliver overseas or to Australian islands off the mainland, except for Tasmania.

Yes! We offer same day delivery from 1300TonerInk. To find out more about how much it costs and what our delivery schedule is, just get in touch with our friendly team. They’d be more than happy to help!

Do you deliver on public holidays?

If your delivery was scheduled to arrive on a public holiday, it will arrive the next business day.

What time of the day can I expect my order?

We deliver between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday. If you need to track your delivery, please let us know. *Please note sometimes our delivery time frames may change, due to unforeseen circumstances.

Who delivers my order?

We’re excited for you to get your package! We use different carriers to deliver your order, including:
- CouriersPlease
- Fastway
- StarTrack

Do I need to sign for my delivery?

Yes! Our couriers need a signature to deliver your order. If you want us to deliver your goods to a home address, we recommend being available between 8am and 5.30pm on the date of delivery.

What if no one is there at the delivery address when the order arrives?

If there’s no one there, the delivery driver will leave a delivery slip.

Help! I didn’t pick up my package, and it’s been returned. What happens now?

No worries! If your package has been returned, we will contact you and arrange another delivery. Please note there could be an additional delivery fee.
