What is your Return Policy?

You can return most purchases within 30 days from the date you receive them. At 1300TonerInk we’re pleased to offer the best printer ink and cartridges for low prices in Australia, but we know that sometimes you might want to return something you’ve bought, so we’ve made the returns process simple and easy for you.

At 1300 Tonerlink we believe in good customer service, and are happy to offer you an exchange voucher or refund if:

You can present your 1300TonerInk

receipt/confirmation of the order email or other edequate proof of purchase

At 1300TonerInk, we may choose to return the faulty product to the manufacturer’s repair agent to determine the nature of the problem. We reserve the right not to offer an exchange voucher or a refund if the item is not working as the result of misuse, neglect or using the item in any way different to handling instructions.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You’re entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You’re also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if your items are not considered acceptable quality and if the failure does not amount to a major failure.

When returning a product, you will be asked for information that is relevant to your return, or to satisfy legislative requirements. If you decide not to provide this information, then we may be unable to process your return. When returning a product with adequate proof of purchase, you will be asked for your signature as authorisation of the return transaction. If 1300TonerInk agrees to the return without adequate proof of purchase, you will be asked to provide photo ID with your full name, signature and a valid expiration date, so that your name and signature can be verified. This information may be accessed by authorised 1300TonerInk team members for fraud investigations and fraud protection activities. Any information we collect on returns will be securely stored for a reasonable period of time. It may also be used for research and analysis, and may be disclosed to Government departments upon request as required by law.
